The hotel is obliged to apply the Standards for the Protection of Minors, in particular to establish the identity of the minor and his relationship with the adult with whom he is staying at the facility.

In accordance with the Standards for the Protection of Minors, we kindly ask you to bring documents confirming the identity of the adult who is the legal guardian and the minor traveling with you. If you are traveling with a minor who is not your child or under your legal guardianship, please prepare a parental consent for traveling with the child.
During check-in, you will be asked to present the child's identity document or another document confirming the right to care for the child at that time. Examples of documents verifying the child's identity include: ID card, school ID, mObywatel app, Internet Patient Account, court ruling.
If you are not the child's parent, it is necessary to present a notarized consent or parental consent, including the child's details, address of residence, parent's contact number, identity document number, and the PESEL of the person traveling with the child.
